There is a deposit due of 25% of the total when making a reservation. Any reservation with more than two (2) adults will incur an additional charge of $6.00 per person per night. Please be advised of our 30-day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for any reason (including Hurricanes!) you must do so 30 days in advance of your check- in date, or your 25% deposit is non-refundable. There is a 10% cancellation fee—regardless—to cover administrative & credit card charges. Due to the variances of South FL weather, camping is at your own risk. Refunds are not given for early check-out due to weather or a change in travel plans. Refunds due to emergency are given at the sole discretion of the owner. Florida tax rate for campsites is 12.5%
