Geiger Key Marina History
Founded over 50 years ago by two fishermen as a camp for their friends, Geiger Key Marina RV Park is still the way the Keys used to be. Tucked away off the beaten path, it provides a private haven that's only 10 miles from Key West.

Geiger Key was built alongside the old U.S. Highway 1, a route that attracted campers to the Atlantic coast from all over the United States. When the highway was re-routed, Geiger Key was removed from the hustle and bustle, giving birth to a laid-back environment that continues to this day. A long-time favorite of the locals who come for the beautiful ocean views, the live music on the weekends and the best fish sandwiches in the Keys, Geiger Key Marina offers a peaceful, easy-to-reach getaway.

The Easy All-in-One Vacation
As commercialization lays claim to more and more of the Keys, Geiger Key Marina steadfastly holds on to its simple charm. We offer relaxing family fun in a laid-back environment. Drive your boat right up to the dockside for a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner at The Smokehouse restaurant. You can dive and snorkel in beautiful Pelican Shoals, just 5 1/2 miles away, or visit nearby Key West. Geiger Key Marina is also the pick-up point for charter and deep-sea fishing excursions. We're Famous for Fun
Geiger Key Marina offers the peaceful beauty of a natural environment - but we also like to shake it up a little. On the weekends our local musicians provide free music concerts. And people come from all over the Keys for our famous Sunday barbecues.
